Our specific Client research enable us to make appropriate recommendations for the scope of the project, we write the program which identifies exactly what should be included within facility, what the functional relationship are, and what specific configurations each of the component should be.
Master Planning and Site Analysis
We evaluate and analyze all components of the site that effect design and use of the building including future expansion. In addition, technical, economic and sociological factor will be aligned with applicable municipal and provincial regulation.
Architecture, Design and Interior Design
Schematic design begins when the program has been approved. In this creative building process optimal design is prepared to reflect Zoning by-laws, site and budget constraints. Final creative product is presented to the client in massing model, 3D images or photorealistic rendering for discussion and approval.
Project Management
Full array of Project management services is available to the client including Cost Estimating, Contract Documents, Contract Administration, Co-ordination of the Design/Build Team, Tender Preparation, Scheduling and Negotiations.
